We are very grateful to Hunters Estate Agents for a donation to help our work. Last week Samantha Dunlop, Partner at Easingwold Hunters, came down to the Hospital where she handed a cheque to Trustee Peter Berry. Samantha said:
“It’s our thank you to a great local charity that is making a difference in our community. We understand how hard the last few years have been for small charities and what valuable work they do.
We encourage other local businesses to give back and do the same. Thank you to Friends of St Monica’s Hospital who saw there was a need to help patients, and for reaching out further into the local area to support fitness, good health, and well being.”
Peter Berry commented:
“The donation from Hunters means that we can continue to extend support not only for St Monica’s itself but for health initiatives throughout Easingwold and local villages. Every penny will be spent on improving the physical and mental health of our community. This example of business and FOSMH working together will benefit local people in many ways.
